Jake transitioned into Real Estate after a highly successful tenure as the Sports Sales Manager for the Mt. Pleasant Area Convention and Visitors Bureau. Under his leadership, the Sports Market generated more than $5.4 million in direct spending and brought 101,000 visitors to Isabella County annually for each of his four years.
“Ducks fly together” is how Jake describes his joining of the GR Home Group Team. Jake jumped at the opportunity to combine his extensive sales and negotiating experience, passion for real estate, love of helping others, and desire to join a top industry team.
Jake, his fiance Angela, and their two Australian Shepherds, Nama and Jiff (yes, like the peanut butter), call downtown Grand Rapids home, and absolutely love the diverse and wonderful communities of West Michigan.
